George is the best! He responds to maintenance issues promptly and doesn’t take long at all. He was here during the crazy snow we had this winter ensuring the parking lot and walkways were safe. I appreciate the hard work he does and making our community better by being around!

So far so good just moved to the Waypointe. There are a few things that need to be fixed in the grounds. The garage security has been broken ever since I moved in. Also the gates for the dog area are not secure. Other than that we like the Waypointe.

Christian Cassell was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us around a couple buildings and explained the differences between all waypointe buildings. He also showed us how to use the waypoint website, so we can look up more information after our tour was finished.
