I went with the mobile check out. At first it was a lot of steps but everything was accessible to me through my phone. I ended up keeping the van for the entire day and it was very easy to do it on the app. Customer service was excellent and check in and return was super easy.

I didn’t catch her name but, the woman that has assisted me at least the last 3 times I’ve rented from this location has always been very courteous and willing to assist in making my experience not only fast but extremely easy as well!
