“Everyone is incredibly welcoming, patient, and thorough when caring for our cat. They understand his temperament and always handle him with such kindness and compassion. Dr. Caldwell is an exceptional veterinarian! She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. She takes the time to thoroughly address my concerns and always makes me feel confident in our cats care. Dave is always empathetic, patient, and reassuring. “Dr. Alvarez and her team are incredible with our reactive dog. He gets so scared for blood draws that a technician came to our home to do it where he could be calmer. Our other dog had chronic GI issues and Dr. A recommended a comprehensive (holistic and traditional) treatment to resolve the issues that plagued our girl for years prior. We are very happy with the care both dogs receive at animal wellness.”

“We received excellent emergency care at VCA Norwalk. Specifically from first entering working with intake; Tara was very helpful. To reviewing with tech Eddie & DVM Kelya Castillo was absolutely wonderful: extremely thorough, knowledgeable, great listener & emotionally empathetic! Molle was very helpful in explaining next steps and what we can expect. Overall the entire team did a wonderful job! Can you please train our local vet! Sincerely, Bruce & Marta Vapnitsky”

“Banfield Norwalk has been so important for me as a first time dog mom .The Dr’s & Vet techs are so friendly. Every appt the staff is so happy to see my babies. The communication from staff to owner has been top tier. It is very easy for me to understand & follow the treatment they are providing along with the aftercare. Adrianna (receptionist) is one of my favorite parts of every visit. She is so helpful & attentive when we arrive. When we are ready to leave, the efficiency in providing a detailed breakdown of our visit along with the information for payment is very professional. The 45 minute drive is worth it !”
