“I came up from Long Island to check out the Arula store after constantly buying Arula clothes online for months and it was such an incredible experience! The manager, Elizabeth, is the absolute sweetest and was so great at hyping me up as I tried on different outfits and brought me a TON of options I had not even thought of for myself. It was such a wonderful shopping experience and as a plus size girl, those experiences can sometimes be few and far between. “When I asked Siri to call this Old Navy in Norwalk, it said it had only 1 star and did I still want to call!? I had been there in the past and it’s been a little rough around the edges. But I did proceed and I have to write this review because today , not only did the person answer the phone courteously and stop to find an item I needed, the store was immaculate when I came to pick it up later. EVERYTHING was in its place and the three ladies closing were eager to help me and knowledgeable and capable. 5 stars for me.”
“Great experience being properly fitted for a bra. The young lady helping me was super informative and made sure I found what I was looking for and then some. The other young lady ringing me up was also great and the two worked well together to get me what I needed. I wish I got there names but I would definitely return in person to shop again.”
