I was looking for a three-way bulb. There’s an extensive selection of electric bulbs and I wasn’t having any success. I found a store employee who had no problem helping me. He looked on his phone found it and I successfully left with the product I was looking for.

Stopped by per the online description that said they could program car FOBS and cut keys. Only to be first asked when I presented my broken off key and FOB "it still works doesn't it", the young man behind the counter did a half ass attempt to examine my key, came back and told me he couldn't get a "read" on the key and the FOB was too big for their machine, told me I would need to go to the dealership. Now I admit I came in within 30 minutes of closing, if it were because it would take about 30 minutes to complete... the least a good customer service representative would have done, would be to suggest coming in at a different time or give me an appointment like the other ACE Hardware store that completed the job for me did.

Very very rude and ignorant people except the manager Sean, they treat people very poorly, I was waiting in line for 1 hour to rent U-Haul when finally came our turn the Caucasian lady at the register, ignored us totally and changed the register she was working at and called the people behind us in line, when I asked the reason she couldn’t answer me just said I will be with you, and when I raised concerns Sean the store manager apologized and ended up helping us rent the truck, when I went to return the truck the African American lady who works there was cursing in front of us and was very rude while helping, gave me a broom and asked me to go and clean the back of the truck, she was very demanding and didn’t seem like she wanted to help, never ever going back to that store again.

I went for a Honda powerwasher part and no help from them or home depot or tractor supply or Lowe's.i got a reply from ace, I wasn't knocking the store at all. The employee was helpful but to no avail
