Today I came to the store, just to do a simple upgrade, for just an apple 15, when Kookie talked us into the apple 16 pro max, she was super helpful, got us hooked up with the screen setup, case cover & even got us an additional charger.

Tyler is an excellent manager. I was limited on time but he was so helpful. I was able to purchase a phone, add a line and grab a screen and charger all in 40 mins. He is pleasant and professional.
