A surprising amount of hostility from desk staff at pharmacy. Always seems to be 12+ people working busily away and one at the desk (too often serving attitude).
They have big signs announcing they are now "OPEN 24 HOURS" yet my question about being closed every day from 130pm to 2pm for lunch is not mentioned. Certainly git some side eye from the "pickers" about that question.

I enjoy shopping at CVS. They have all the items I need at the prices that are so much better than other Stores.
The staff is amazing from start to finish and also the pharmacy. They have helped me with my purchases when I needed it. They are the sweetest staff ever.

I always use the website to redeem my coupons and also the extra care card, which is incredible. They always have great sales here at CVS and I will continue shopping here always.
I do share my experience with family and friends so they can have the experience I have with CVS

Bad service. I am about to pick up my medication. It was 1:22 pm and the pharm tech keeps saying that "we are about to close". ALL she has to do is run my med so i know how much will i pay but she said its going to take 5 mins and they are about to close. I looked at the clock and it was only 1:24 pm, their lunch is 1:30 pm. So basically she has 6 minutes but she prefer to eat early rather than giving the medication to a patient who badly needs it. Girl, dont work in healthcare if you dont care. She did the same thing to an old lady in front of me, in which it was only 1:20 pm when she was talking to the patient lady and saying "we are about to close". This pharm tech was dismissing our questions. I totally understand the need to take a lunch break but you have 6 minutes to address a need which is part of your pay outside your breaktime.

The pharmacy is beyond ridiculously slow. And when it is my turn, they never have my meds ready even though I give them DAYS to pack it up. Not just that, they are ALWAYS so rude for seemingly NO reason at all. Just bad attitudes every time.

The entrances are curbs! Like a good 1.5-2 inches, there's a curb extending out from the main entrance that could be very easily missed and ran into because there's no paint and the building is at an angle. The pharmacy is not 24 hours and the hours online are incorrect (I recommended an edit), yet it's very busy every time I've been there.

When in line to pick up a RX Makelia was yelling I’ll take who’s next. Sounded very rude and did not use manners at all. I was glad to have not gotten her. The younger man was very nice. Please have a conversation with her about customer service. I work with people all day and there is a way to speak to people and she really needs to polish up on her customer service skills!

Pharmacy playing games, lawyers office and doctor office confirm prescription is approved with insurance, but CVS keeps saying it's not approved. Call the insurance company, they confirm it's approved, go back to CVS, guess what? Not approved by insurance in their system. Bunch of "professional" pharmacists. Yeah. Sure.

I was impressed when my prescription refill was ready 5 hours after I talked to my doctor.
However upon pick up the drive thru is broke. Currently 10 people in line, and 1 register open with 5 people working behind the counter.

I went to the minute clinic for 2 vaccines. The person who gave me the shots was wonderful. Her name is Margaret and I thought she did a great job. She was friendly and talkative.

Why do they always put the rude people in front counter. I don't think he knew how to even speak. No hello, no thank you. Will cancel my monthly subscription definitely. Will use Walgreens from now on.

Went to this location to add cash to my account 45 minutes before closing and was told all registers were already closed and that I could not be assisted. ?I asked the rep why they would close all the registers before the store closed and was told they have 20 registers to close. Regardless of the amount of registers that need to be closed at least one should remain open until the store closes at 10pm. Common sense to me.
