Then she started talking to me about random things and she was done before I knew it. I didn't even bruise at the site. I hope someone who is in charge of her schedule/pay sees this cuz Betsy deserves the best! What started as a miserable healthcare experience due to doctors, insurance all of that, Betsy turned my day AROUND. She handled my shit (literal stool sample) like a champ and she was so personable. I went in with low expectations cuz let's be real, its Quest. But I left my appointment with her with a smile on my face, teary eyed because I finally felt seen by a provider, and a much better view on our healthcare knowing that there are people like Betsy who still exist in healthcare who actually cares about the person sitting across from them.
