“Had a mistake on my bill and after 2 calls to call center and 1 1/2 hours later no solution. The great person at the store resolved my issue almost immediately to my full satisfaction. Trying to deal with people at the call center is very similar to sticking a fork in your eye.”

“MIKE was extremely helpful!! So much so that I had to find out how to write a review, so I could give him recognition!!! OK, here's the story: my honey lost his phone today, while I was at work, and when I came home he was frantic! I called one local Verizon store asking about assistance we had received years ago when the same thing happened and they were no help at all! Then, I called Verizon Salem Turnpike and low and behold our problems were solved! He told us how to "find our device" and within minutes, seriously, minutes our troubles were over and the phone was found! Thank you MIKE for being "Rock Awesome"! “So, last night I called 30 minutes before closing and I was told I'd have to come to the store for a new sim for what I wanted to do. I said I was going to try and make it. I show up to the door exactly 8 minutes before closing and it's locked, lights are on but 'nobody was there', I tried knocking, calling. Terrible customer service, and a waste of time. ?”
