I am really bad about needles. I don't like them. However, the girl who took my blood was excellent at her job. She talked to me and told me what she was doing. Then she started talking to me about random things and she was done before I knew it. I didn't even bruise at the site. I was very impressed how she managed to be professional while still being friendly and relaxing me. I will be going to Quest for all my bloodwork.

Had my blood drawn from here and they ran the wrong test. Went back 40 minutes before they closed to get the right test run that had to be run that day and they wouldn't take walk-ins. Terrible service and hope I never have to go back to this location

April 29 at 7:40am I had blood drawn. The woman put the needle in and kept twisting and turning trying to get the vein. I told her to stop and use other arm. She got the vein with no problem. The first arm blew up the size of a golf ball and turned purple. Worst experience I've ever had and I've been going there for years.
