This trip has been a one off experience with nothing bad to say about the floor I’m admitted onto (A2). Unlike the Er/Ed, the nurses and doctors (with one bad apple having a bad day for sure) have been nothing but kind, respectful, supportive and helpful

Taken to ER by ambulance by Backus hospital. Received excellent care. Was really impressed with a young man named Michaelangelo in ER. Lady ER doctor very nice and professional. The fourth floor were admitted excellent nurses.
Only thing I observed is ER needs expansion and building upgrades in upkeep.
