“I can't recommend Threads and Treads enough. I started running again in my late 30s and had tried ordering shoes online. After a few fails, I went in person and the staff were so helpful. They looked at my feet and the arches, the width, my stance, how I walk... and helped direct me to a shoe that would support all these areas. Highly recommend supporting this business so we can keep stores alive that really provide expertise and guidance we will never get through big box stores. One note: keep the box! you can't return unless you have the box :)”
“In response to the previous post.... This store is geared toward baseball and softball. They will help you select the right gear for you or your child with a level of experience and expertise that is well worth the slightly higher prices you'll pay over big box stores. We have bought many gloves, bats and apparel here, they guide to the right glove and will break them in for you. I have also had a few gloves restrung there with amazing results. Good gear is an investment, make sure you buy from someone who knows the game and takes the time to learn about the player. For us, it's instant replay.”
“Colin and his staff are excellent! They quickly helped outfit my son with a starter kit. There were a couple of items that were out of stock in the store and Colin went out of his way to ensure that they were delivered in time from the warehouse. Customer service return experience was stellar as well - I had to exchange arm pads that I purchased which were too small.”

Not only did they fit me properly and recommended a new pair of shoes, Chuck and his team even went as far as evaluating my running form out on the sidewalk of Atlantic St. By recording my run and giving me pointers on how to improve. You’d think I was at PT!! Easily the best sport store I’ve ever been too.I will 100% be back and I’m looking forward to their new location!”
