“A wonderful place to see a show. It has an old theatre vibe, but acoustics are good and seats are comfortable. There are bars on multiple floors, but be prepared, the drink prices are expensive.”

From the moment I started planning, Amalia and Chris were incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the event special. Amalia even helped me come up with simple yet elegant decorating ideas that matched exactly what I had envisioned; and Chris even helped me fix the cake after I accidentally put a little dent in it while decorating the table.
The food was outstanding! The whole evening ran smoothly, and thanks to their support, I was able to relax and enjoy seeing my mom’s reaction — a moment I’ll never forget.

“I had my wedding at The Village on May 9, and I truly have nothing but amazing things to say. This experience far exceeded my expectations! At first, we were a little hesitant since The Village isn’t a traditional wedding venue—we were concerned that some details might fall through the cracks. But I can confidently say that was not the case at ALL.
A huge part of our incredible experience was thanks to Kaelan, the Director of Events. From the initial planning stages through the entire wedding day, she was by our side—responsive, attentive, kind, detail-oriented… truly everything you could hope for in an event coordinator. Her presence and support were absolutely key to the success of our day. I honestly can’t thank her and her team enough!
The venue itself is stunning—modern, stylish, and full of character, which was exactly the vibe we wanted. We didn’t want the typical banquet-style wedding, and The Village delivered something so much more special. And the food? Outstanding! Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was—such a rare compliment when it comes to wedding food.

“We recently had our wedding here and I cannot say enough good things.-To start, John and his team went above and beyond to ensure the most perfect day possible. John was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding in our correspondence, and in person in our planning meetings he was beyond helpful and had great insight. Our bridal attendant Abbey was a delight, the staff (from the valet to the servers) were absolutely wonderful. Our friends and family raved about the attention to detail in service, as well as the food.-Now for the food- I am a bit biased but without a doubt the best wedding food I have ever had, and our guests have been non-stop raving about it as well. Everything was fresh, lots of seasonal & dietary choices, and truly delicious.-This venue may not be for everyone stylistically, but it is truly like walking into a fairytale at night and the vibes were above and beyond what we were hoping for. It feels like you're walking into a small scale "Newport Mansion" type home with plenty to see, and the dining room and dance floor had just the right amount of "new" yet rustic feel to not seem out of place.We could NOT have been happier with this venue and I have received non-stop compliments from every guest raving about the uniqueness, the service, and the food. Everyone we know has said this might have been the best wedding they'd ever been to--- and we credit that all to John and the Coindre Hall Team. “Absolutely cannot recommend enough the service at Lakota Oaks. I was in a hurry and left some things in my drawers, and they were nice enough to mail it to me. Their chef is excellent; and provided a plethora of options, including plant-based. Everyone is super nice, from the front desk, to the bartender, to the waitstaff. It's professionalism to the core, but with that warm touch that makes you feel it's personal.”

You have the option to choose a room that’s away from the train tracks, an option provided to me from the very beginning, which I appreciated.
The hotel has beautiful views of the Norwalk River, especially in the lobby.

“We just checked out. Lovely business hotel. We enjoyed its location in Stamford and explored the city. Amenities are a little thin. One coffee pod in the room. No spare towels. And strangely blue-stained pillowcases. But overall, nice stay”
“I travel to town every month and this is my home away from home. The staff: Ari, Daniel, Mo, Rose, Sebastian always greet meet by name each time I arrive and every time I come or go all week. Rooms comfortable and clean and the maid services are excellent. Highly recommend for a stay in the area.”

“We had an amazing experience working with The Mansion at Glen Cove over the past year leading up to our wedding on July 19th. We loved being the only wedding that day, which made the whole venue and staff focused entirely on us. Having both the bridal and groom suites all day was perfect for getting ready and relaxing.
The cocktail hour and reception flowed beautifully, and the half-hour hospitality for our guests was a lovely touch. Huge thanks to the chef and his team for the delicious food, especially the special spicy salsas we requested!
Jazmin and Meghan did an incredible job coordinating the day and working seamlessly with all our vendors. Our bridal assistant Ashley was a true gem and so helpful throughout the day.
Having our guests stay on-site at the hotel made everything so convenient, and the after-party at the speakeasy pub on the third floor was the perfect ending, open bar, late-night bites, pool tables, and great music kept the fun going!

“It’s hard not to love Waveny park. There are miles of looping trails in the woods, but I often wish they were longer than they are… of course the easy fix is to just do them twice and almost everybody does that.
The big fields and trails find people with pets (on leash, of course because they give tickets!), golfers hitting chip shots, runners of all kinds and ages, and friends and couples walking in deep conversation.
It’s really beautiful. I’ve never taken a tour of the house, but I’ve seen dozens of parties hosted there. I’m sure it’s a terrific location.
I know there’s a great story about Christopher Lloyd’s family (Doc Brown from Back to the Future) but I’ll let you find it out on your own.”
