“We just had my 4 year old daughters birthday party here and could not have had a better time, with huge thanks to the amazing staff. From the second we walked in they helped take care of everything, set up our cupcakes, then guided the kids through safe use of the equipment and made sure everyone was having fun. Highly recommend!”
“I’ve *always* and will forever love this place and the staff there. Many years ago, my friend Jon and I went for lunch and not only was the food so delicious and comforting, we were given a free drink and lovely vibes. Today, I went back and he remembered me and gave me a hug and I bought a couple of things with elemental gold in it as well as sea moss and it just felt so right to go in and revisit the place. There are some other occasions like events that I went to there and it’s always fun and the food ?? I was offered a treat on the house but I was quite full, but it was really nice to be treated like I was a welcome guest and so for this, always 5 stars!”
“Arriving at 6:00 on a Saturday evening without reservations, my companion and I were delighted to be seated at a small booth in the bar area. Great seating, as it was comfortable and felt private. We each enjoyed a special cocktail, and appetizers of delicious cauliflower and truffle pizza and popcorn shrimp (complete with tiny crumbles of popcorn!) We then really enjoyed the chicken pot pie and cucumber and broccoli entre salad. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices were very reasonable. Very fine experience. Look forward to returning soon.”

“The Bartlett Arboretum definitely made my day trip to Connecticut more interesting and enjoyable!I was surprised to discover there was a combination of dirt trails along with open green areas, a nice mix between mystery and serenity. There is a bridge over a stream winding its way through the rocks as the birds chirp in the distance. I felt at peace as I was accompanied by my boyfriend and protected by the tree cover.Two neat aspects of this arboretum were the lamb's ear plant and the prehistoric Redwood tree! I never would have thought these interesting living organisms would be at a small Arboretum in Stamford. I truly felt like I was in a special place-- nature in its purest, original form outside of modern day's creation and the chaos that arises from it. If you are a nature lover, or simply looking for a scenic environment to think and experience a sense of peace, come to Bartlett Arboretum!”
“Recently, we had our family reunion at Serafresca at the IC and the venue was perfect for our gathering of 150 family members!In addition to the gigantic tent, the outdoor facility included room for games, volleyball, a basketball court, and even bocce courts. The staff was extremely accommodating and organized an area where we could cook and grill for our guests.It is a perfect spot for an outdoor event!Debora DeCarlo Rosa”

“I am so thankful for Emily and her entire team. The moment my son started to walk, I knew I had to enroll him in a gym class to burn out his toddler energy. Initially my son was very shy and took awhile to warm up to Emily but after a few classes, my son was running around the entire gym and having a great time. He learned to climb and go down the slide from the play gym. Emily and her team are so kind and genuinely love playing with the kids. I’m honestly sad that we are not able to continue since my son will be attending daycare soon. But I highly recommend for all the first time moms. It was such a safe and fun place for my son.”
“Very great place to play table tennis. $20 a person and you can stay as long as you want. Abundance of paddles and balls, 5 tables, you can get food delivered, make yourself at home.”

“Today I visited the Planting Fields Arboretum for the Long Island Orchid Society show! I've been to this beautiful space several times in the past, but not in the past decade. So I was very excited to see all my favorite flowers in one place, so many unbelievably gorgeous varieties and representations of orchids!!Once the show was over, we walked the grounds to the greenhouse, undoubtably one of my favorite places on Long Island. One step inside and you're in the middle of a warm, comfortable natural smelling wonderland. There are rooms of cactus, orchids, bromeliads, and the main attraction: the central greenhouse. I spotted banana and my "come-back" plant, and so many beautiful living things. Honestly I didn't want to leave, but I foolishly forgot to bring a water bottle.The orchid show ends tomorrow, but the Arboretum is open every day. When (not if) you go, please say hello to the plants for me--they'll enjoy your carbon dioxide!”

“We got married 11/4/23 at Soundview and had such an amazing experience with Soundview. When beginning the venue search we knew we wanted a waterfront venue with an outdoor space for the ceremony and a suitable indoor option in case the weather didn't cooperate. We fell in love with the stunning indoor and outdoor views and the fact that they host one event at a time was also a MAJOR plus for us. During the wedding planning process, Brittany was easy to get in touch with, super organized, and quick to answer any questions I had. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Our guests are still raving about the food and talking about how beautiful the venue was. Diego made sure everything ran smoothly, and Taryn our bridal attendant went above and beyond helping out our photographers, and made sure my husband and I had cocktails. The entire Soundview staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was spectacular and we can't recommend them enough”

This place is a great for hosting events such as Bar & Bat Mitzvahs and golf outings. The course is so beautiful and perfect to play on a beautiful day.For food options, they serve lunch and dinners in main clubhouse. They offer both ala carte and buffet. Their half way house is great and offers both breakfast and lunch. Ben makes amazing burgers. 10/10 for food and service. “The New Dawn Foundation is a phenomenal organization that provided our spiritual group a space to host a retreat on Kabbalah. We rented the venue for just the weekend, and the volunteers (particularly Nnacy) who run this organization were very prompt to reply to any and all questions I had about the space leading up to our event. We comfortably hosted 14 people in the space, although this worked well because we knew each other going in and had a few couples sharing beds.Thank you New Dawn for all the work you all do in order to create affordable opportunities for young adults like us to engage in spiritual retreats! At the end of our time together participants went around in a Circle and shared gratitude, and so many people included the venue as something they were grateful to experience over the weekend.Can't recommend this venue enough.
