Old Lyme Inn is a lovely, old world delight with all the ambience of a beautiful and cozy place. It is very dependable and in keeping with the area, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal before or after visiting local attractions. Guests love to sit by the fireplace or enjoy the fire pit outside. The bar is very cozy and the service is great, with a staff that is friendly and couldn't be nicer. The food is wonderful and delicious, with an overall great experience. The menu includes items like filet mignon, pork tenderloin, salmon cakes, hamburger, fish, soups, flatbread, and Brussels sprouts. For tea service, the scones, maple tartlets, and sandwiches are tasty and enjoyable. The inn also features a Side Door jazz club for concerts. It is a great place to take people, and many guests say they will return often.
We had a wonderful Mother's Day at Old Lyme Inn. Dinner spaced out perfectly providing an enjoyable 2 hour meal. Service was great.

Attended the Mother's Day afternoon tea and my mom and I had the best time! We both have allergies and they were very accommodating. Definitely a worthwhile way to spend an afternoon.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner before catching a great Jazz show at the Side Door. Staff was friendly, food was delicious.
