“My niece and I had driven about 3.5 hours from New Jersey when we realized the undercarriage of her car was hanging down and dragging on the pavement. We stopped at Shoreline Quick Lube, where we were greeted by the owner, Julio (I hope I got the name right lol I have a neurological disorder and forget easily). He was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and immediately took action to help us.
Julio quickly assessed the problem, got it fixed, and even gave us a great deal. We were so relieved to find someone who genuinely cared about helping us, especially since we were far from home.
