I live in Bristol and bought my GMC Sierra at Stephens in 2015 so I tried to schedule with them when my Transmission was gong bad at 105k... Stephens told me the nearest appointment was almost a full MONTH out!!! Called Old Saybrook on a recommendation and was taken in IMMEDIATELY!!! Scott took care of the warranty company and had me rolling in 2 days!! A week later had another separate issue and same story verbatim!! In immediately and rolling in 2 days!! Thank you all for what you do and giving me faith in paying for that warranty which really paid off!! PS... this is an hour further from me than Stephens of Bristol and was well worth the trip!!! I will be a lifelong customer of Old Saybrook GMC for all purchases and repairs from here on out !!”
