I’ve been a customer for several years at the School House Rd facility in Old Saybrook, Ct . I’ve dealt with Kathleen several times and has been very helpful and professional. Such a nice person and you should be lucky to have someone like her working for your company….

It was a pleasant experience. I received a phone call that a storage unit that I had requested was available.

Cathleen and Pat were awesome. They quickly transferred me to a bigger cube when it was needed.
