Check in was easy and very efficient. Unfortunately there is a big hole in the door of my unit about the size of a golf ball. Someone should have seen it and fixed it before I moved in especially as there is no one there on Sunday.

Cathleen was wonderful and showed up to the property at the exact right time. I was worried I would have to back off the property entrance and was worried I would get hit. She had me follow her into the site and showed me the unit and took care of all my needs.

The rent is reasonable, the staff is helpful and all... (If they're available when you need them) But there's this ongoing issue where my gate code gets randomly locked out, and the answer is always "we don't know why that happens, it just does sometimes" and that's totally unacceptable.
I get things happen once or twice, but I've been denied entry to my unit (that's always paid a month in advance) more often than not, and there's never anyone on site to fix the issue, and it's usually only resolved after leaving a voicemail with no call back.

I'm definitely not keeping my unit with them any longer. I've been with them for 4 years and every year just gets more expensive like it's ain't hard getting by in general. I don't make a lot of money so I just got my new bill for almost $235 how can I afford that plus all my other bills on top of trying to keep a roof over head and being able to eat

Dark and old. Doors are hard to open. Bushes and trees overgrown and brush on car. Carts old, heavy and most of the time missing. Fees are not pro rated so if you move out early you lose money. Uhaul storage gave me refund but cubesmart kept over 2 weeks of my rental fees. Also, staff leaves office so you cant count on anyone being there to do their job. Even when I called and they told me when to arrive, they weren't there and office was locked. Bad service and bad policies and old buildings.

I am not one to give poor reviews, but felt I needed to share this for the next person looking for storage space.The facility itself is not the cleanest, in regards to temperature, the space feels humid and stuffy though there is some fan or air conditioning, just not enough for the size of the facility.But the worse part is the measurements of the unit were about a foot and a half off, when I called customer service they said that measurements are an approximation. Now I could understand that some units can be a couple of inches off (not sure why a space would be advertised with the wrong measurements), but a foot and a half is a rip off.Please, anytime you’re looking to rent storage space, bring a tape measure and hopefully you have the ability to see the space in person, online pictures can be deceiving.

Scam artist!! They bait you in with a low intro price then rapidly increase your rate and when you try to reach customer service via phone or email they are non-existent!! The fees for an online payment are substantial. I had a 10x15 climate controlled unit for 2 years. When I recently moved out of the unit they send me a "requested" move out notice that I never request and even though I was paid in full for 2 more weeks I no longer had access to my unit. They obviously saw on the security cameras that I was moving out and took it upon themselves to cancel my access to my paid for unit most likely to gain a double rental fee for the time I had remaining on my unit. Stay away from this facility!!!
