This CVS pharmacy is very busy and short of help, but the staff does the best they can. The pharmacy staff is uncommonly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with personal care. The Minute Clinic is also highly recommended, with kind and helpful staff. Overall, the team addresses people's needs well, creating positive and joyous experiences for customers, who report being satisfied with the service.
When I called CVS in Old Saybrook CT I left a voicemail to call back. They never do. Too busy. When I call Walmart, Big Y Shop Rite or Walgreens they always answer the phone. I will not buy from CVS anymore.

Due to Mae, the pharmacy tech, I am giving the 5 star rating for CVS customer service. In the past, I was ready to completely abandon CVS due to the horrible service. Mae is the BEST. Helpful, kind, efficient and goes above and beyond to help and get the order processed. Love her.
