This CVS pharmacy is very busy and short of help, but the staff does the best they can. The pharmacy staff is uncommonly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond with personal care. The Minute Clinic is also highly recommended, with kind and helpful staff. Overall, the team addresses people's needs well, creating positive and joyous experiences for customers, who report being satisfied with the service.

Well maintained and easy to shop. Have ordered online for pickup, a great service. Use the drive thru for pharmacy pickup, too, just great 👍. Download the bar code for faster pickup, nice crew🙋

When I called CVS in Old Saybrook CT I left a voicemail to call back. They never do. Too busy. When I call Walmart, Big Y Shop Rite or Walgreens they always answer the phone. I will not buy from CVS anymore.
