Root's Auto Repair is a well-known, family-owned and operated business run by two brothers who are the mechanics, with an office manager as the secretary. They fix what's wrong and communicate with you throughout the process, telling you what your vehicle needs and the cost of repair before starting the job. Customers are treated with courtesy and respect. They provide top-notch service and reliability for everything from oil changes to brakes to entire transmission replacements. They are busy and typically require a scheduled appointment as they are booked solid, though they will work an emergency in if you leave your car. People consistently feel their car is in the right hands and walk away feeling good about the experience. Many customers have been going for years and always refer friends and co-workers, with most people in the area recommending Root's. It is a highly recommended, excellent repair shop where you get way more than what you pay for.
