Saybrook Hardware Co. is a clean, well-organized store with helpful staff who know their products. Customers appreciate the friendly service and the full stock of items, making it a convenient shopping destination. One young employee even gave a dog a biscuit, adding a special touch. While most staff are helpful, a few customers felt some staff seemed bored or uninterested. Overall, it is a friendly, reliable store in the Old Saybrook community.

They have darn near everything, but the lady that I dealt with looked bored and not at all interested in really helping me. But, that’s Connecticut. Not really all that friendly folks in the state, and I was born and raised here!

This hardware store never fails. If you’re looking for it, they will it find it. Excellent customer service. Kudos to Carl this morning he not only helped with the product I needed he took the extra time to make sure I was okay. Thanks Saybrook hardware and special thanks to Carl.
