“Outstanding! My car was there for over a month for a small scrape, but this was no fault of Towne. If the damage is being covered by someone else’s insurance policy and that happens to be Geico, you’re in for a long haul/wait. Communication is seriously challenging if you’re/they’re dealing with Geico as Geico is not transparent or forthcoming about coverage, in fact specifically cryptic and make the process much more difficult than need be. Towne however, is absolutely fantastic! Alyssa and Gene are both thorough and communicate well and with candor. The auto body is not half-assed, the work is executed with great care resulting in a pristine perfectly matched finish and your car will be absolutely immaculate upon pick up. ??”

“I can't say enough to praise Poliwoda Auto Body. Mirek not only carefully explained what repairs he would do to our vehicle but he also walked us through what the insurance coverage process required; his help moved things along much more quickly than if we had to rely on our own guesswork. Most importantly, Mirek did a great job repairing our vehicle!”

“This was my second Belmont trailer purchase within the past two years, and once again I’ve been very impressed with the overall quality, workmanship, and attention to detail. Belmont continues to make noticeable improvements to their trailers, which says a lot about the company and their commitment to building a better product. The trailer feels extremely solid and well engineered. The welds, wiring, finish work, and overall construction stand out compared to many other trailers I considered. It pulls smoothly and gives you confidence that it’s built for long-term reliability and real-world use. After purchasing, I spent some time watching YouTube videos of the Belmont CEO and their factory operations, and it made me even more impressed with the company. You can clearly see the pride they take in manufacturing and continuous improvement. I also want to compliment Elm City Trailer. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Overall, a great buying experience from both the dealer and Belmont. Highly recommended.”

“My parents have used Renu for as long as I can remember when needing any type of body work done for our vehicles. I was rear-ended this past October and Melissa walked me through the whole process so I could understand exactly what I needed to do. She handled everything along with my insurance and I couldn't have asked for better service. It's hard to find a reputable place these days. Melissa, Tommy and their team is the best around!”

I will be going to car shows and cruise nights with my Novs and I will definitely be referring enthusiasts to the Naugatuck team.”

“Had to get my car towed through my insurance and was assigned this shop to pick up my car. Everything went smoothly and fine except there was minor damage done to the bumper. Once notified of this they were quick to respond and agreed to fixing the damage. Although my car was there a little longer than I had hoped, it was still a fast turnaround time and they even detailed my exterior. All in all what could have been an extremely stressful situation was made easy and carefree by this shop. Highly recommend”

“Once again Daddios saved the day! My dad hit a big rock which blew out 2 tires and destroyed the rims. The insurance wanted to total the car without even putting it on a lift. I had to at least get a test drive before agreeing to that! Daddios had the right doughnut spare for me and along with my spare went for a test ride after which it was plainly obvious that the rest of the car was unaffected by the rock... Thanks for having the right part, right when I really needed it! You guys are the best!”

“Had a wonderful experience here after I got hit and brought my Mazda here. Sakib was great & made the whole process very easy and dealt with the insurance company himself. He was transparent & communicative throughout the whole process. He and his team matched my pearly white paint perfectly, fixed my blind spot sensor and cleaned the car inside and out. He even gave me a free estimate for my friend’s car through a picture. Beyond pleased with the results & will be recommending them to everyone in the future”

“Phenomenal service and the accountability to back it up!! Long story short, I got into a fender bender and had my car fixed at the collision center. Once I got my car back, about 2 weeks or so after, my AC stopped working. I immediately brought it there due to it being a hot day out and they immediately looked at it, communicated the issue and options with me, took it in, and worked on it. What really blew me away is when one of the employees mentioned the time length it'll take and offered to drive me home. I live in farther away, but he was able to drop me off at my grandparents, and even offered to come pick me up and bring me back to the collision center once my car was done. Thankfully the fix only took 2-3 hours, but I was very impressed with the service there and how fast they were able to fix it and took full accountability for it.”

“A few weeks ago I hit a deer with my brand new Forester. Cracks in my bumper and the entire passenger side shifted back. They fixed everything in just over a week, got me in a rental, and handled the insurance company without any effort on my end. When my car was finished, it looked showroom new, and they even detailed the inside and outside of the car for me! They also gave me a paint touch up kit for any future scratches! Everyone was super helpful and gave regular updates and explained everything! Cannot recommend them enough!”

“Giuseppe was a gem of a find. He takes extreme pride in his craft, which is pure art form. I had a pretty complicated job which he masterfully handled. Being a perfectionist, he asked to have the car back in 3 weeks to refine it. He is also a delight to work with and even waited an hour for me after close because I was stuck in traffic. While I hope my car never needs body work again, I would not go to anyone else.”

“A tree fell on my brand new car and I was devastated, but I made a great choice by handing it over for repair at Wayne’s! They don’t play games, everything was clear, honest and straightforward from start to finish. And the result was fantastic! My car now has no signs that it was damaged in the first place! Special thanks to Jim who is transparent and super helpful during the process which was very complicated for me as somebody who’s not familiar with it!”
