“Outstanding! My car was there for over a month for a small scrape, but this was no fault of Towne. If the damage is being covered by someone else’s insurance policy and that happens to be Geico, you’re in for a long haul/wait. Communication is seriously challenging if you’re/they’re dealing with Geico as Geico is not transparent or forthcoming about coverage, in fact specifically cryptic and make the process much more difficult than need be. Towne however, is absolutely fantastic! Alyssa and Gene are both thorough and communicate well and with candor. The auto body is not half-assed, the work is executed with great care resulting in a pristine perfectly matched finish and your car will be absolutely immaculate upon pick up. ??”

I had to at least get a test drive before agreeing to that! “A few weeks ago I hit a deer with my brand new Forester. Cracks in my bumper and the entire passenger side shifted back. They fixed everything in just over a week, got me in a rental, and handled the insurance company without any effort on my end. When my car was finished, it looked showroom new, and they even detailed the inside and outside of the car for me! They also gave me a paint touch up kit for any future scratches! Everyone was super helpful and gave regular updates and explained everything! Cannot recommend them enough!”
