“Outstanding! My car was there for over a month for a small scrape, but this was no fault of Towne. If the damage is being covered by someone else’s insurance policy and that happens to be Geico, you’re in for a long haul/wait. Communication is seriously challenging if you’re/they’re dealing with Geico as Geico is not transparent or forthcoming about coverage, in fact specifically cryptic and make the process much more difficult than need be. Towne however, is absolutely fantastic! Alyssa and Gene are both thorough and communicate well and with candor. The auto body is not half-assed, the work is executed with great care resulting in a pristine perfectly matched finish and your car will be absolutely immaculate upon pick up. ??”

“Had to get my car towed through my insurance and was assigned this shop to pick up my car. Everything went smoothly and fine except there was minor damage done to the bumper. Once notified of this they were quick to respond and agreed to fixing the damage. Although my car was there a little longer than I had hoped, it was still a fast turnaround time and they even detailed my exterior. “Once again Daddios saved the day! My dad hit a big rock which blew out 2 tires and destroyed the rims. The insurance wanted to total the car without even putting it on a lift. I had to at least get a test drive before agreeing to that! Daddios had the right doughnut spare for me and along with my spare went for a test ride after which it was plainly obvious that the rest of the car was unaffected by the rock... “Phenomenal service and the accountability to back it up!! Long story short, I got into a fender bender and had my car fixed at the collision center. Once I got my car back, about 2 weeks or so after, my AC stopped working. I immediately brought it there due to it being a hot day out and they immediately looked at it, communicated the issue and options with me, took it in, and worked on it. What really blew me away is when one of the employees mentioned the time length it'll take and offered to drive me home. I live in farther away, but he was able to drop me off at my grandparents, and even offered to come pick me up and bring me back to the collision center once my car was done. Thankfully the fix only took 2-3 hours, but I was very impressed with the service there and how fast they were able to fix it and took full accountability for it.”
“A few weeks ago I hit a deer with my brand new Forester. Cracks in my bumper and the entire passenger side shifted back. They fixed everything in just over a week, got me in a rental, and handled the insurance company without any effort on my end. When my car was finished, it looked showroom new, and they even detailed the inside and outside of the car for me! They also gave me a paint touch up kit for any future scratches! Everyone was super helpful and gave regular updates and explained everything! Cannot recommend them enough!”
“Giuseppe was a gem of a find. He takes extreme pride in his craft, which is pure art form. I had a pretty complicated job which he masterfully handled. Being a perfectionist, he asked to have the car back in 3 weeks to refine it.
He is also a delight to work with and even waited an hour for me after close because I was stuck in traffic. While I hope my car never needs body work again, I would not go to anyone else.”
