“Luke was amazing! He was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had. Trading in my iPad and older MacBook was a very seamless process. I’m glad I made the trip it was well worth the 1-hour and 45-minute drive. I’m enjoying the MacBook Pro also!
I will definitely be back to give them my business.”

“I had a problem canceling the repair subscription for my phone and was told it had to be done at the store. In Trumbull Best Buy, the manager, Brelin and Geek Squad agent Rav were superb! Their diligence in getting my issue solved is to be commended as it took nearly an hour to find the account that had been attached to the subscription. Thank you for your patience and tenacity!”

“Omar was great, knows what he's doing for sure. Brought my hard drive in for repairs and he resoldered my USB port and now works like a charm..to know how to do that is pretty high level. I recommend immensely.”
