I had spent an hour trying to figure out how to get all of the parts back into the original box and in spite of having taken them out of it I was becoming convinced it was not possible. Amarley not only helped me carry it in, he also spent over 20 min figuring out how to get it back into the box!

“12/29/2023 I would like to start by saying I don’t do the business review thing but I had to absolutely do this review. Middle aged women here who is not computer savvy and usually have a difficult time when it comes to computers. I visited the UPS Seymour location for the first time to do a return. I had the pleasure of Keisha as my customer service representative I must say she greeted me with a smile and she really went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me with my return she had so much patience with me and also suggested other alternatives. “In July, I shipped a package from this UPS store. One of the workers made a mistake and put the wrong label on my package. The package was sent somewhere in California instead of New Jersey, where it was supposed to go. I was very angry at this point, and I did leave a negative review which I have since retracted. The owner Don And his manager worked diligently to find my package and it was indeed delivered to the right address after it was located. I can’t be more happy with the outcome. I understand that people are human and mistakes happen. I definitely intend to return to this UPS store for my shipping needs.”
