“These people know shoes, especially Nikki! I've been a long time customer of HL and will continue to shop at their store for years to come. After fracturing my foot twice and having back issues I need something super supportive and stylish. All of the HL associates are very knowledgeable and love their job, it shows! Nikki especially has helped me many times, even during covid when I needed a dress shoe for my wedding (when dress shoes were no where to be found). She remembers me each time I visit the store which I really appreciate. Some of the shoes tend to be a bit pricey, however, I feel as though you can't put a price on comfort when you have foot/back issues. I encourage anyone to go to HL who wants top notch service!”
