“If I could give 1 million stars I would! Was in an accident today and Ramon from Mike’s Auto Towing came to the scene to tow mine and another’s vehicle. He was so so kind and professional. Kinder and more helpful than the police and paramedics put together. He was also better at crisis management than they were. He made sure I was okay and was able to sit in his truck in the air conditioning until someone came to pick me up. Dealt with all parties involved in an appropriate, respectful, professional manner. I cannot say enough good things about him and I hope his boss sees this and praises him! You are very lucky to have him on your team! Thank you Ramon!!!”
