“Unfortunately, this morning my kids were on a long drive towards New Hampshire when a light came on in our new to us car showing that we had too much oil. On no notice, I called these guys and they worked my kids in, checked out the car, fixed the problem and sent them on their way. So glad we found them. They couldn’t have been nicer. I wish everybody was this helpful”

I was from out of state, hours from home, driving a class C motorhome. and they came through like I was a regular steady customer.
Every single employee treated us with a smile and a nod of encouragement.

“I was near tears in a panic today when I walked in, pregnant and pushing my toddler in a stroller, to let them know I was parked in their free air pump spot with my hazards on. I thought my gas tank was leaking. Jim was unbelievably kind and offered to take a look at my car for free. Turns out it was a simple fix- just a small clamp that rotted off and needed to be replaced. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, understanding, and generous. They totally turned my day around. “I went to Pep Boys because I was hearing a squeaky noise when braking and assumed I needed new brake pads. They did a free inspection and told me honestly that the pads were still in good condition and the noise was just from rust buildup.
They could have easily recommended replacing the pads and charged me, but instead they explained the situation and saved me money. I really appreciate that level of honesty and professionalism.

“One of the actually caring person still left and actually showed compassion. I had run out of gas and they actually were fixing their pump so there was no gas and I was far from another gas station in the car. Well this great gentleman grabbed my gas can filled up my gas can and dropped it off at the car Off for no cost at all. Just a very compassionate person very honest and down to earth I’d put my money on him if you needed your car done just by knowing what type of person he is I’d give him 2050 100 stars if I could deserve more than all of them Thank you sir”
