“Had the Best Experience opening up a checking accout Ray was wonderful I had a little anxiety but he made me feel so welcomed 5 minutes after my visit He even gave me homegrown Cucumbers hahaha I finally have a bank account I’m handicapped so it was just what I needed H was the best and there right around the corner of my house being sick I never renewed my Licsence or passport and other stuff I needed to prove who I was it took a year of going back and forth to New York where I grew up It was a daunting year and I really thought they would turn me down So I made sure I had everything I possibly would need to get this account open So THANK YOU GUYS ESPECIALLY RAY U WERE SO SWEET AND EASED MY MIND SO MUCH … I’m so happy that I chose this bank Just waiting for my checks and debt card now I hope it comes this week Ur computers were down wen u tryed to print anything out Hope I get them soon last step to be done I thought I’d get I’ll by now so I’m alittle panicked but that’s my nature Thanks GuysSincerelyLynnette Milligan”

She was so personable and all of my questions never seemed like a burden to her, despite feeling like I was asking too many. Immediately after purchasing my vehicle, my husband wanted to upgrade his loan and again Liz helped him secure a car loan with a great and competitive rate- much better than what the dealership was offering. Most recently, Liz attended the member appreciation bbq and you could just tell that she genuinely was happy to be there. She was able to chat with us and not just talk to us and she remembers the minute details from the conversations you’ve had with her. Before that it was a different name .Used many branches in my area of Hamden CT but the Woodbridge branch hands down is the best .I had the pleasure of talking to Ryan over the phone when I needed a notary. He was extremely helpful and nade the grueling task easy and pleasant .I then went into the bank and met with Dan Smith. He's so great to talk to and extremely personable .His expertise in helping me get some documents notarized was much appreciated .I had been trying to find a notary that didn't need my first born as proof of citizenship and Dan,,Ryan and Wells Fargo took care of me .The Woodbridge branch is by far the most professional and personable . Been to several all over the state .This branch Shines .Easy access for parking and walkin.”

I needed Medallion Signature Guarantees on a few documents and I thought it only fair, although they did not require it, to open an account in return for that convenience.
