“Service team was wonderful. They listened to my concerns about a rattling noise and took care of it on the spot. It was the heat shield and missing bolts but while inspecting the car, the mechanic found a cracked axle that was leaking fluid. I am once again confidently driving my Subaru outback ! “My Chevy had a few bangs in the front end which required some extensive work. Everyone at Browns was super easy to communicate with and they kept me updated every step of the way without me having to call them. The front bumper needed to be replaced and painted, you wouldn’t tell it was replaced the body work and painting they did is phenomenal!! If I ever need any body work or anything in the future I’m going back, I highly recommend them to anybody. “Had my 2003 Mercury Marauder towed to Riverside after it died in my driveway. They replaced the fuel pump which caused a check engine light. After lots (and lots) of trouble shooting/research, changing multiple fuel pump modules, Roger called and said the check engine light was fixed. These guys are great and any other shop probably would have given up. Thank you!!”
