“Took 2 lawnmowers in one backfiring on startup and one inoperable. Jon replaced a partially sheared key to fix backfiring issue. I thought the other mower was shot. “The people are very nice. I ordered a spare key and was given a verbal estimate, but no paperwork. At the time we picked up the key, they added an extra $50 for 30 minutes of "labor" needed to sync the key to the car.Our family had a bad experience several years ago when unauthorized work was added to a repair bill. We felt that a phone call should have been placed even if the extra work was necessary to complete the job properly. Getting a big surprise of hundreds of extra unbudgeted dollars does not seem to be good business in our opinion.”

Took time out to show me the steps, pointed out the things they’d found along the way and were laser focused on making sure I was a part of the process and happy.
