“My Chevy had a few bangs in the front end which required some extensive work. Everyone at Browns was super easy to communicate with and they kept me updated every step of the way without me having to call them. The front bumper needed to be replaced and painted, you wouldn’t tell it was replaced the body work and painting they did is phenomenal!! If I ever need any body work or anything in the future I’m going back, I highly recommend them to anybody. I was very impressed by how clean and neat everything was in the garage too, they all most certainly take pride in their work.”
“We recently purchased a car from Import Auto and it was a great experience. Buying a convertible should be fun and stress free, and it was. Patrick was knowledgeable about the vehicle based on his thorough evaluation of the car, and as he had acquired it from a long-time customer. Joanne did a great job navigating an out of state registration process for us (MA). Further, while there location is not near my home they are in a great little coastal village which is a great place to spend an afternoon, making our longish drive more palatable. I would use them again and fully recommend them.”

“Had my 2003 Mercury Marauder towed to Riverside after it died in my driveway. They replaced the fuel pump which caused a check engine light. After lots (and lots) of trouble shooting/research, changing multiple fuel pump modules, Roger called and said the check engine light was fixed. These guys are great and any other shop probably would have given up. Thank you!!”

“These guys are terrific. Just prior to their closing time I called regarding a runflat tire on my car that was seriously low. It was late Friday, just before closing time. I had never been to their shop before. They were extremely accommodating, told me to come on over, and I was patched and back in business in a matter of minutes. Uncommon service!”
