“um. im not sure where all of the other reviews sent but it wasnt the same place. i was quite nervous about this location because of the reviews ?. this quest location doesnt even have a front desk.
theres 2 buildings, the first one is an urgent care center (which does have a desk!!). if you follow the signs, you'll be led to a second building behind it. that is the quest building.
the quest is located on the second floor of the building, you're greeted with self-checkin kiosks. its simple and quick.
anyways, my experience there. i went in for bloodtesting. im not good with needles. i will usually have a physical reaction i have zero control over. i waited about 2 minutes before my nurse walked out and called my name.
she was EXTREMELY kind. i was a bit freaked out and didnt have all of the information i needed for her, but she helped me get everything in order. she talked me through the blood drawing process, making sure i was okay the whole time, asking if i needed a break or to stop all together. when my first vein didn't work, she told me she was going to try lower down on my arm. and if that didn't work, she would give me some water and help reschedule.
luckily i got through it fine. normally my arm will violently convulse due to my nerve disorder. but my nurse made everything quick and as soothing as she could. even afterwards, when i had to take a urine sample, she continued to check to make sure i was okay until i walked out the door.”
