“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Cara and her vet tech Keri (apology for probably misspelling) for over three years when I inherited my elderly Thoroughbred Cody. From my very first interaction with this team I couldn’t believe how kind and gentle they were with my boy. They spoke to him and treated him with such respect and dignity. The mission of this practice, to treat the animals and foster a working relationship with the owners to provide the best possible care for them, is genuine. The advice and encouragement that I received as a first time horse owner made all the difference to me (and Cody). I found my boy colicking two days ago and was able to reach Dr. Cara immediately. When they rec came out she told me the truth of the situation but with kindness and caring, and Cody’s final moments were filled with gentleness, kindness and love. That is Kneser Veterinary Services and I’m so very grateful to them.”

“My first experience here was when I had to put my cat down. It was a very sad day and they were so kind. They sent us a card signed from the staff. My second experience was when another cat had cancer and had to be put down. The clinic stayed open longer so my daughter could drive home from college to be with us.I now take both my cats here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Always greeted with a warm hello. Dr. Gilmore is fantastic with taking great care of my cats, Max and Cole. I was recommended to coming here right after we relocated to CT. We made the right decision. I definitely recommend coming here!”

“The staff at Brooklyn Veterinary Hospital (both front end and back end) go above and beyond. Dr Banning is wonderful to my little Frankie Furter. I can't say enough nice things about the people or the atmosphere.”

“It’s so nice for once to not feel like my cat is getting substandard care, just because they aren’t a dog. Everyone here has treated my cats with the care they deserve and I am beyond grateful. You can tell everyone loves cats”

“Twin Pines Equine is a fantastic team of dedicated, caring and skilled vets - they will do what is right for you and your horses, and make recommendations that are rational and the best for your horse. Their prices are reasonable and they offer 'wellness plans' that allow you to reduce your costs and get a lot of annual services at an affordable rate upfront. I highly recommend the team here!”

“Sophie is a 10 year old military service dog, with a knee injury and bad hips. We pre-paid for laser joint treatments, showed up 15 minutes early, checked in, and were ignored for 45 minutes. The poor dog. She's in agony, and you OVERBOOK, AND TAKE EVERY WALK IN, INSTEAD OF HELPING SOPHIE. We put your KID through VETERANARY SCHOOL, after SIX YEARS of having THREE DOGS seen there, at premium prices. THIS is how you THANK a KENEALY KENNELS senior SERVICE dog??!! It's very sad, because the veteran is distraught now, and questions whether he wants another service dog after his experiences there. Devastating.”
