From my very first interaction with this team I couldn’t believe how kind and gentle they were with my boy. They spoke to him and treated him with such respect and dignity.

When they rec came out she told me the truth of the situation but with kindness and caring, and Cody’s final moments were filled with gentleness, kindness and love. “Sophie is a 10 year old military service dog, with a knee injury and bad hips. We pre-paid for laser joint treatments, showed up 15 minutes early, checked in, and were ignored for 45 minutes. The poor dog. She's in agony, and you OVERBOOK, AND TAKE EVERY WALK IN, INSTEAD OF HELPING SOPHIE. We put your KID through VETERANARY SCHOOL, after SIX YEARS of having THREE DOGS seen there, at premium prices. THIS is how you THANK a KENEALY KENNELS senior SERVICE dog??!! It's very sad, because the veteran is distraught now, and questions whether he wants another service dog after his experiences there. Devastating.”

“My first experience here was when I had to put my cat down. It was a very sad day and they were so kind. They sent us a card signed from the staff. My second experience was when another cat had cancer and had to be put down. The clinic stayed open longer so my daughter could drive home from college to be with us.I now take both my cats here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Always greeted with a warm hello. Dr. Gilmore is fantastic with taking great care of my cats, Max and Cole. He went for recheck today and was cleared . His wound has healed . They were amazing each and every staff member. I highly recommend going here .
