Please read all the way through!!! Terrible customer service. I was scheduled by Greg to meet the movers at 8:30 am. I was waiting an hr figuring they hit traffic. I received a phone call that they were leaving the office at 9:33 am. They were unsure why the appointment was booked so early. I called the office spoke with Greg and he said he would get back to me. The drivers finally arrived at 10:39 am. All 3 guys were drivers for advanced but said they had moved with the company before not to worry. They were all nice so that was positive. I had to go to work but my wife was at the house. It was a hot day and we had a lot of stuff but when I got home I saw a few black streaks on the walls and ceiling that definitely weren't there. A scratch on my hardwood floor. Which it is what it is. The price wasn't bad but Greg also didn't disclose they charge you time for travel. The guys said they actually didnt charge me for the full time either. I called Greg multiple times and left a bunch of messages asking him to get back to me about being very late in the morning and the issues at the house but he never called me back... on the website it says punctuality is key and they talk about professionalism. I didn't see that the day of my move. I wouldn't recommend them to you from this experience.

Called and reserved the date for my move. No hassles, on time professional and did an outstanding job! Mike and John and the other two guys were powerhouses. Highly recommend and will definitely use this amazing team again!

I had a great experience with Avantage Moving Experience. The team was on time, very professional, and handled all of my belongings with care. They made the moving process fast and stress-free. Everything was delivered safely without any damage.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable with no hidden costs. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend Avantage Moving Experience to anyone who needs a reliable moving company.

They went above and beyond communicating and moving everything with care. They got it all done faster than I thought as well. This was moving washer and dryer, multiple dressers and side tables. Highly recommend

Mike, Mike and E absolutely crushed it. I went online and booked my move on Tuesday and the team met me exactly when they said they would on Thursday. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this move. Thanks to the whole team. Absolutely recommend advantage for your next move.

My wife and I scheduled to pick up a Uhaul here just to be greeted by a sign saying “be back in 3 hours”.When we called the location it said all lines were busy attending other customers….We made the reservation in advance and everything. Very disappointed

Called Advantage on a Sunday they called back Monday and helped us move out Tuesday! Everett, James, and Mike N did better than an awesome job nothing chipped nothing cracked nothing broken! I would call and have them back in a heart beat! Very friendly legit came and did better than I thought. Hats off to the company and crew!

Hired a 3 person crew and they were exceptional. Communicated well, super efficient, and they were very careful but expedient. We were shocked out fast they completed our move. Would highly recommend.
