“I called about a window replacement and he gave me a good price. I arrived and sat down inside and he was done in 15 minutes. Fastest service I’ve received walking into a shop now and days. Good service/friendly”
“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Michelle and Matt. After my accident, I originally planned on finding a body shop that wasn’t recommended by the other party’s insurance because I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after meeting them, I completely changed my mind.
From the very beginning, they have been incredibly helpful, respectful, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Their communication has been excellent, they’re extremely efficient, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I am 100% confident and comfortable having my vehicle repaired here. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional body shop, I would absolutely recommend them. They’ve made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.”
“These guys were able to get my BMW and Mercedes repaired after a few other shops in the area could not. Honest and fair pricing. They have a proven track record and will earn my business on all of my vehicle and my family as well. Nobody comes close to these guys!”
“Just came from Steben and once again had a FANTASTIC experience!!! I spoke with Matt...Such a kind guy!!! I would recommend Steben to anyone in need of auto repair. They never disappoint. Thanks, Matt and the crew at Steben!!!!”
“So much appreciation for this company here Boss man seen I was In NEED of a new window and BLESSED ME not only did he give me a GREAT DEAL I couldn’t find anywhere else he also came to ME at my job and fixed it super fast THANK YOU SO MUCH”
“I highly recommend Tint Master in Berlin if you truly expect a top notch experience. They are truly a professional and well respected establishment and my window tints came out perfect this time and in the past. My daughter and her husband use them too and have never been disappointed. if you want the best, use Tint Master.”
“I had Home Depot and Lowe’s come and to give me an estimate on a shower door for my bathroom tub. I wanted a frameless one. They told me they couldn’t do that but Marino’s Glass had no issues doing it.
The gentleman that came did a fantastic job. He was very professional, polite and cleaned up everything after he was done.
I would definitely recommend them for any glass job that someone else says they can’t do!”
“Everything was good except the glass was not clean when he was done.
I'm not saying he didn't try to clean but new glass takes multiple cleanings to be clean. All else was great.”

“We went to their office and the service desk was very professional and cordial and arranged a date for tech to come out and measure a fogged center fixed picture window in a bay with double hungs on either side.
The techs came out (on time) a week later and verified measurements in 2 minutes, the office called next day and gave us the steps and timeline.
Techs came out (on time) and removed the old and installed the new in 1 hour with great skill. I’ve done a lot of home repair and know when excellent work is being performed.
I am a perfectionist and they are.”
