Absolutely PHENOMENAL customer service. Emma was a pleasure to work with. My wood pieces were beautiful and made such a great focal point for my leopard gecko’s home. I’m a total newbie to the terrarium but, the site and customer service made it easy to navigate and get my girl’s place PERFECT for her homecoming.
