I think it's great that Petsmart let's Louie's Legacy Cat Shelter bring cats there so people can see them, with the goal of getting them adopted.
I was looking to see if my local Petsmart had some cats for me to look at.
They did - and I immediately fell in love with one of them.
They are very careful about finding the right home for a cat - but the adoption process went very smoothly in a very timely manner.
The girl from Louie's Legacy was very sweet and patient as she introduced us to our newest member of the family.
Thank you Petsmart for helping me find the perfect cat for me ?

I want to thank the young man who groomed my boy socks today. I think his name was Jacks. Socks has been traumatized by groomers, the vet and me trying to cut his nails. Today he left looking and smelling great and best of all 10 toes. Definitely will be back and thank you again

I came here and OMG, the cashier, his name is Kennith, he needs a HUGE raise, he should be the boss, he has a EXTREMELY good personality and I would leave 80 stars if possible, whoever reads this and you work at this pet smart, give Kennith a raise, oh, and Kennith, I still think the dog treats are a little dry???

Brought my dog in today for grooming. He’s getting old and might not handle the stress of going to be groomed much longer. Crystal was FANTASTIC with him! He didn’t want to leave! Thank you Crystal!!

Very busy before Christmas. Went in to get a gift card. Found them right at the registers. Not too long of a line.
