“One of the best facilities I've ever used. The inside is immaculate at all times and the climate controlled units are always at a perfect temperature. Never too hot or too cold. But what really makes the facility fantastic is the Manager, Larissa. She's always got a smile on her face, never acts dismissive or rude(even when she has a lobby full of impatient people) and it seems like she takes the time to get to know everyone that rents there. Whether she's cleaning or cutting locks, she makes sure to take the time to greet us when we come in. It's very impressive and refreshing to see a young woman interacting with people face to face rather than having her head buried in a phone. She's an A+++++ and deserves a big raise!”
“We just purchased a trailer we have not owned one before. Everyone one was so nice and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. They showed us how everything worked. They also answered all of our questions. They took us out for a long ride to make us comfortable with towing the trailer.

“Great service and Steph was AMAZING and super helpful! The truck is very nice and much better than when I went with Uhaul last time. It trailers the car behind it beautifully and it is easy to see the trailer wheels in the mirror. A much better ride too, and more power. “I didn't expect to give them a 5 star, but their truck stopped on our hilly street and delivered them on our long gravel driveway and picked them up. Without getting wordy, the uboxes were stored for 6 months and the contents were dry and undamaged when we unloaded them 1800 miles later. No issues whatsoever.....I hope future moves go this well.
