“A beautiful shop, with the best smelling candles! Their apple scented ones really impressed me, they smell like /apples/ not cinnamon or spices or pie, just actually crisp fresh apples! ?”
“The friendliest service paired with the most incredible collection of estate jewelry. Sandy’s knowledge of all things gems, metals, design and more are a refreshing reminder that you’re in good hands. We love to stop in for special occasions, or just to get lost in all the sparkle. Definitely a must-see.”
“I love this place. It’s fun, the rotate what they have regularly, and it’s got personality. If you haven’t been, stop sleeping on it. I got a nice dresser made of REAL wood, hard to find now for an amazing price. If you want to get on Steve’s good side, bring a really bad cup of black coffee for him.”
“Very impressive collection of European pieces shown over several well decorated buildings. Owner and wife very friendly. This is a high-end operation, but not stuffy.”
“Wilfred is the owner of the shop and he is extremely kind. I came in just to wander. Found some pretty neat things. From what I noticed it’s cash only but there is something there for everyone.”
“I am in love with this table! I get complements from everyone who visits my home. The quality is amazing, and it is just simply beautiful. I will definitely be purchasing more from this company. I would highly recommend.”
“Bob is great to work with. He is professional, very responsive in communicating, and ‘got it done’ in a most reasonable amount of time, especially during the holidays. My chairs never looked better!”
“Antiques on the Farmington is a fantastic place with excellent customer service. The staff was super friendly and willing to work with us, even staying a little past closing to make sure we were taken care of. We found so many great items, from beautiful prints to small furniture and decorative pieces. The selection is diverse, and you can tell they care about their customers. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for unique finds and a great shopping experience!”
“A few months ago my boyfriend had brought my late grandfather's humidor (wooden, copper lined smokers stand), in horrible condition, to see if anything could be done with it. It had been subjected to the elements and the top warped and split, literally in half. Mr. Carl Manthey was a very honest and told us that he didn't think the original wood could be saved, but he would try and if not, replace it with another piece. Mr. Manthey communicated with us weekly on the progress and sent us pictures of the humidor, through the different steps he was taking to restore it. I don't know how he managed but he saved the top! This man works magic and I HIGHLY recommend.”
