“I have known Nick. For a long time. Been to his store many of times. When you go back 3 to 5 days later you would think you were at a different place. Stuff that wasn’t there is shocking or arrangements are unique Ang placed where you can get to them. I have been to is sales. All I can say you will never know until you walk in. Up down sideways. What you will find. Unbelievable trusting and honest. And aways will give you an unbelievable exit price. And you will definitely will be going to his next one.”
“I love this place. It’s fun, the rotate what they have regularly, and it’s got personality. If you haven’t been, stop sleeping on it. I got a nice dresser made of REAL wood, hard to find now for an amazing price. If you want to get on Steve’s good side, bring a really bad cup of black coffee for him.”

“A beautiful shop, with the best smelling candles! Their apple scented ones really impressed me, they smell like /apples/ not cinnamon or spices or pie, just actually crisp fresh apples! ?”
“Ordering expensive jewelry over the phone can be difficult - but not here! Wonderful experience with Clinton, the necklace is absolutely gorgeous and this was the package that arrived - what an elegant presentation. My second purchase with them - but not my last.”
“Today I found a large blue-and-white dish with old staple repairs on the back. The staples cross the cracks like veins holding the ceramic body together.
The story behind it moved me deeply. The collector had spent nearly a year negotiating with the previous owner before acquiring it. Because of his patience and care then, this piece has now found its way to me, just as I am working on an exhibition idea about ceramic repair, memory, and material ethics.
The front shows a quiet landscape of water, boats, bridges, and pavilions; the back shows cracks, metal staples, and the evidence of human care. A perfect object can be admired, but a repaired object often speaks more deeply. This piece is precious not because it is flawless, but because after being broken, it was still saved, repaired, and passed on.
Many thanks to I Ching Antique Shop. The owners, a warm and honest husband-and-wife team, were friendly, fair in pricing, and clearly rich in antique collecting experience. Their shop feels like a place where old objects are respected, not merely sold.”
“My wife and I recently visited the Watertown Antique Collective. Although it's not in a very charming location, you will completely forget that the instant you walk through the door. There is a warm atmosphere that reflects the lovely nature of its owner, Jeff Cote. It is the most beautifully laid out antique shop I've ever been to. But describing it as an antique shop doesn't really do it justice. There is a bounty of carefully curated items to be discovered here. Every room you step into opens a new world of wonders. There are large pieces of furniture and small ones of both antique and modern design. There are vases, candlesticks, racks of clothing, and knick-knacks of every variety. And if taxidermy is your thing, this is the place for you. I can't say enough about this truly enchanting emporium. We were so delighted to discover this marvelous shop, and I'm sure you will be too.”
“Great antique shop! There are a wide variety of booths with so many different types of antiques. Staff is extremely helpful. Some very reasonably priced items here as well.”
“Classic picker shop. Various types of items. Scattered all over. If you put in the time , you'll find treasure. All items have negotiable prices. Cash is best but they take cards. Owner is a nice and reasonable person.”
“Bob is great to work with. He is professional, very responsive in communicating, and ‘got it done’ in a most reasonable amount of time, especially during the holidays. My chairs never looked better!”
“Very impressive collection of European pieces shown over several well decorated buildings. Owner and wife very friendly. This is a high-end operation, but not stuffy.”
