“Wonderful historic inn in downtown Middletown. Exceptional staff and customer service. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel was perfection, and the waitstaff was superb. Thank you to Lisa in the Tavern for a lively experience.
Note: waitstaff truly matters. Our waitstaff tonight was not attentive, and we were the only ones in the restaurant.”

“My husband and I enjoyed spending the first half of our honeymoon here. It was so quiet and cozy here with wonderful food options and many neat sights to see close-by. We sat on the back porch enjoying a bottle of champagne one night and appreciated all the quiet and stars. The bed was so comfortable and all the rooms were beautiful and elegant. We would definitely stay here again.”
“I was stranded on the highway and ended up staying here for the night. Is this the Ritz? No. But it's clean, everything works, I felt safe. The guy at the front desk was quick. The price was great (book directly with the hotel, it'll be cheaper than through one of those booking sites).For a shelter in a storm, this place is perfect”
“Very clean. I commented on this as soon as I entered the building. It's run by some younger people and I told them that the might want to run the vacuum in the halls since the rooms were so clean. The staff was incredible. For the type of customers we were as cousins who hadn't seen each other for 30 years, ir was great. Very small closet space though...”

This is probably the best smelling hotel I've ever been in. My first thought was a lady with amazing perfume must have walked through the hallway 2 minutes before I did. Then I realized this must be a cleaner or air freshener. I don't know but it was amazing.
Clean and quiet room. Hallway smells nice. Will be my preferred hotel in the area now.”

“Appreciate the. Adjustable AC unit right in the room as well as microwave fridge freezer TV plus Wi-Fi services that would an accompaniment with the price of the room. Unfortunately did not have a coffee machine available for use weatherby vending machine or small personal pots. Plenty of parking on three of the four sides. Plenty of restaurant chains/stores supermarketsl businesses and restaurants all within walking distance. Easy access to multiple counties without traffic congestion. Pet friendly.”

“This place was extremity quiet, which I loved. I didn't have to hear people getting on and on an elevator. Talking loud in the halls, or kids running up and down the aisles. Very clean and simple. I rather spend my money on the local food and activities. This place is a gem. Will come back.”
