Received my ring back today and honestly felt like a kid in a candy shop; was quite impressed with the results as it is a very intricate ring. They do a good job here and are thoughtful in their work and fair in their prices. They saved me a good chunk of money being able to keep my ring in tact and looking good without me having to buy an entire replacement.”

“In the past, I have used Malloves for jewelry repair, watch batteries, and an occasional purchase. I had not returned to the store since the transition and was a little hesitant. I had three pieces of jewelry that needed repair, and I decided to give them a try.
One piece is a bracelet and ring set that has my birthstone in it and was a gift from an aunt. The bracelet was broken and the ring needed to be resized. The last piece is my mother‘s wedding ring. She now lives in assisted living and wanted me to have it. It’s a stunning ring with several diamonds and I wanted it to be handled carefully.
When I picked up the pieces this week, I was overjoyed! The ring and bracelet set look as good as new and you cannot tell that any repair work was done. My mother‘s ring is even more stunning than it was before and I am so grateful for the care they took with my jewelry. I highly, highly recommend Malloves! The new owners have maintained the high quality and integrity of the former owners.”

“Stopped in to buy a birthday gift, I've lived in New Britain for 10+ years and have either driven by or heard about this place numerous times.
There was only one other customer, on their way out, when I arrived. The owner was excellent, I told him what I was looking for + price range and after browsing for less than 5 minutes we had found the perfect bracelet.
Quick, smooth transaction, and gift wrapping was included, very well done, you can tell he's mastered that aspect. Overall great experience, I will def be back for more, very nice, great deal, one of a kind service.

Besides being a delightful person that's a hoot to converse with, his expertise and skill in his craft are incomparable. He has sourced and set top quality gemstones at reasonable prices and even made a custom designed pendant for me. And when I was looking to save a bit on a new piece, the value he gave me for an older trade-in was instrumental in my being able to upgrade and afford what I really wanted.”

“lovedddd her gift shop! she was very kind and helpful and her pup was sooo cuteee! all the displays transports you to an old world charms! lotsss of beautiful things collected from all over.. there were some printed quilted jackets even that you get in Jaipur, India.. i went back to get some handmade soaps, a pair of lavender embroidered small cushions, beautiful paper napkins and scented candle and a big but light metal vase with painted and etched flowers! she packed them so well for my long trip home! so glad i walked into her store! highly recommend if you’re in the town!”

“Deb and her team worked patiently with me to find the perfect diamond, engagement ring, and wedding bands. Deb searched to find the best diamond she could for my price range. Previously I had spent hours looking through the online marketplace. Nothing I found online came close to the quality of the diamond she had found for the same price. Later when we accidentally damaged the engagement ring moving something heavy (our fault), Deb and her team fixed the ring in a couple of weeks with no charge. I cannot recommend Gozzo Jewelers enough. They are very knowledgeable and a delight to work with.”
