“I had called Ye Old Station Auto Body because my SUV started making a weird noise as I was driving home from work. The secretary on the phone was as nice as can be and reassured me that I could come on in without an appointment. When I arrived, I was waited on so quickly and the mechanic identified the problem immediately! Everyone in the office was beyond friendly and the mechanic working on my car kept me up to date throughout the whole process. It ended up being just a bolt in my tire and I was in and out in under an hour! I would 100% recommend Ye Old Station to anyone and everyone! I will definitely be taking my car there for any other future issues!”

Police officers at the scene called Northeast Mobility to tow my vehicle and it was one of the biggest blessings, given everything I was going through that day. “I was looking for a shop in Waterbury to check a car I was buying to be sure it wasn't in any unreported accidents. Prior to calling Stanley's, I called several other shops with higher ratings on Google and rave reviews and I was astonished at how short and unprofessional all of those other shops were. They basically had no interest in being accommodating. Then I called Stanley's, and what a world of difference. Everyone I talked to was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in. And the technician who looked at my car did a very thorough job. He took the time to walk me through every detail of his diagnosis. I was extremely relieved I didn't give up and felt I made the right decision by having my car looked at by Stanley's. Anyone would be in good hands with this shop. I highly recommend them.”
“Wonderful staff communication. Easy to make appointments and they call you back with any questions you have. I left my sunglasses in my car and they were nice enough to let my spouse who works down the street pick them up for me. They also missed a small issue with the exhausts piping on my cars rear end that was caught at my next oil change. As soon as I called them, they got me in next day and the owner Bruce called me personally with an apology.”

“Fantastic place. I called them for a moderate vehicle repair going through my insurance. They fit me in to their schedule within a week, took care of the coordination of a rental vehicle immediately (literally five minutes later) after my estimate, and were extremely thorough and communicative — at every step of my vehicle’s repair, I received a text message update. I didn’t have to deal with my insurance or worry about anything related to it — in fact, they somehow got my insurance to cover aspects of my repair they were initially denying coverage for, so the only out of pocket was my deductible! I received my car back and it looked like no damage had ever occurred — and it was sparkling clean, exterior and interior. Extremely professional and you can really tell they take pride in and personally invest in the work they do. The next time I need my car repaired, I’m coming here.”

“Good experience. Had a small parking lot encounter with a concrete block that damaged my front bumper. Another shop in town quoted almost $3k to repair. Gabby's repaired it for about $500 and did a good job. It looks like new and they were open and detailed about showing the small remaining issue with some cracked plastic piece they were able to slide back into place. Work was done quickly as well. It's all check or cash only, which is a bit unusual in this day and age, but workable. Will come back if I have any future repairs”
