The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable on the products and willing to help. Also they host sales around various holidays for some even better deals and raffles for free stuff. “I love this place! Seriously, I have been vaping for 10 years & I have been in & out of a lot of different vape shops. Some decent, some dumps. Hohmtown is one of the best I’ve ever found. The staff knows what they are talking about & actually takes the time to answer any questions you may have. They are very patient with people like me who have a lot of questions. The shop has a vibe to it that is welcoming & makes you want to just hang out & shoot the bull with them. Their selection is great for juices, salts, mods & tanks, among other things. The best thing is that if they don’t have what you are looking for, they will special order it for you. If they can find it, they will order it. I’ve had this done many times & it was fast & easy. I could go on & on about how much I like this vape shop but it would take way too much room. If you are in the Hamden area (even if you aren’t) stop by & check them out. I can’t stress it enough that they have a great shop with an experienced, knowledgable staff.”

The staff was great too, Ricky was incredibly kind and helpful! Has a great selection of juices, including "dessert like" flavors that I prefer, that other shops just don't carry. Look no further. Especially if you have social anxiety - I felt at home. This place knows customer service and just how to be a good human being.
You know what I mean if you’ve ever been to those vape shops where they don’t help you at all and are rude and make things weird - THIS LLACE IS THE POLAR OPPOSITE.

“My husband has been a Newport smoker for many years and as of a few years ago switched to rolling his own cigarettes. He's constantly trying to find a smoke shop that doesn't sell stale tobacco. He smokes American Club Tobacco Menthol & uses Tops menthol filter tubes and he visted the smoking ape shop today & he's definitely gonna to be a regular. They didn't carry his brands before but they got them in as promised and both items were fresh. Great customer service, clean & very helpful. Thank you for a great 1st time experience.”
