“So I called the the store and a lady named Rachel answered I explained my issue and I have to say she did an outstanding job stayed in communication with me throughout the day and then the next day she was able to get the issue fixed I have to say I've never met an employee like that at a store that went above and beyond for their customers is an outstanding employee and deserves to be rewarded for her job.
