She gave me the chance to trying out the different levels of firmness and educated me on the difference between hybrid, traditional and complete foam mattresses. “Before visiting the Brookfield showroom, my husband and I had done a fair amount of research. We were optimistic that Stickley would offer the quality we were looking for in our new bedroom furniture. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed with the quality of their products. As we browsed, Julie introduced herself and made herself available to answer questions and guide us. While our first interaction was not unlike many we’ve had before, what became clear in short order is that Julie is a cut above the rest when it comes to customer service. We soon realized that she was the only team member in the showroom that day. She effortlessly helped each customer with grace, warmth, and professionalism. Given that we were there to furnish an entire bedroom, we were in the store for several hours. At each step of the process, Julie gave us her full attention, her professional opinion, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the decisions we were making. While the quality of the Stickley product lured us to the showroom that day, Julie’s expertise and efforts have turned us into Stickley customers for life. Soon after leaving the showroom, my husband remarked that he can’t wait to return and purchase additional pieces for our home. That sentiment would not have been possible without Julie. “Lovesac is an amazing company. From the very first time we stepped into the store at the Danbury Fair Mall I knew that was the company I wanted to work with. Our sofa arrived on time and in perfect condition. When I had a problem with some of the cushion covers the company replaced all of them. Unbelievable, I was shocked. I can’t say enough great things about them. The most comfortable sofa I have ever owned, and I’ve rearranged it 3 times so all my friends think I had gotten new sofa’s.”
“We had a great experience at Ridgefield’s location this March. We went a few times while trying to figure out what material, shape, and size set we wanted. During that time, we were never pressured into buying something. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and patient. When we decided on a table, I wanted to mix and match chairs. Patrick would bring different chairs over and helped us find the match we wanted. They also delivered in just a few days for such a reasonable price. The quality of their products also surpasses anything you would find elsewhere. Highly recommend.”

“Very clean store with a Starbucks and cvs in it,lots of refrigerated and frozen foods as well as produce. The store was well stocked and organized, plenty of handicapped parking as well as online parking spaces. Employees were also very friendly and respectful.”
