“Shannon was great. Store policy not so great;: Would not take a check and not set up for ach one time only eft transactions, which forced me to use a credit card, which does not play nice with the way I run my finances.
Also, you could not work with me on delivery schedule.
Not happy that you do ot offer a veterans discount.v”

“Before visiting the Brookfield showroom, my husband and I had done a fair amount of research. We were optimistic that Stickley would offer the quality we were looking for in our new bedroom furniture. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed with the quality of their products. As we browsed, Julie introduced herself and made herself available to answer questions and guide us. While our first interaction was not unlike many we’ve had before, what became clear in short order is that Julie is a cut above the rest when it comes to customer service. We soon realized that she was the only team member in the showroom that day. She effortlessly helped each customer with grace, warmth, and professionalism. Given that we were there to furnish an entire bedroom, we were in the store for several hours. At each step of the process, Julie gave us her full attention, her professional opinion, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the decisions we were making. While the quality of the Stickley product lured us to the showroom that day, Julie’s expertise and efforts have turned us into Stickley customers for life. Soon after leaving the showroom, my husband remarked that he can’t wait to return and purchase additional pieces for our home. That sentiment would not have been possible without Julie. We look forward to the delivery of our new bedroom and selecting additional pieces for our home in the future. And more importantly seeing Julie again!”
