“I don't go to Costco often, but we were in Brookfield and had time to kill. Some of the quantities are way too large since two of my kids have gone to college. It's nice to go in and still look around to find items you can't find anywhere else. The free samples are always a plus. There are two things that I dislike with this Costco. The parking lot always seems to be a nightmare. I'm not blaming Costco, it just always seems that people drive irrationally in this parking lot. Also the lines are always insane. It has eased a bit since they added self check out. The employees are always friendly and helpful. My favorite part about Costco is leaving. We usually get something from the food stand. Even with 10% inflation everywhere else, their hotdog and drink combo is still $1.50. Kudos to you Costco. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. We also got the twisted churro which has made a comeback. It was off the menu for a little while. I'm guessing the popularity of churros has brought it back. Overall, usually a good experience at Costco.”
“Even though it’s a hike for me to get there, I have never been disappointed. It’s so clean and I can say Honestly the people who work there are so friendly and accommodating. Last Thanksgiving I was missing one ingredient and I couldn’t find it anywhere. I called the Big Y and the store manager actually ran to the freezer dept and found my missing ingredient. I was in love and from that point on, I as a loyal customer ❤️”

“I have to say, overall the customer service in the whole store is great + friendly, but the stand out is the pharmacy. As a vet hospital owner, I’m frequently calling in meds for pet friends ~ and I’ve never been kept on hold for more than a minute if they ~ and the techs and pharmacists are extremely friendly and are quick to fulfill orders. This, I can assure you, isn’t the case with other pharmacies. Really impressed with Rite Aid, and try to steer our families here for their prescriptions. You guys rock, and make our job so much easier; thank you!”

“My wife and I just moved to Wilton and needed to go grocery shopping. Thankfully, there is this stop and shop in the town center. It's not the biggest stop and shop that I have been too but they do have everything that one would expect on the large one's. I would recommend this stop and shop to anyone and giving it five out of five stars.”

“I love target pharmacy. They almost always get everything filled in fifteen minutes which is nice and i love browsing while i wait. So much better than waiting in CVS. The only drawback is they take an hr for lunch and its at like 1 so if you go then they wont be there. Its a pain but everything else is good. just make sure you check the times before you go.”
“Used them for a number of years before my insurance restricted me to another pharmacy chain. They were excellent. When my insurance changed the pharmacy plan, no longer restricting where I went, I came back to Rite Aid. I am so happy to be back. Their customer service has been stellar. I have had a couple of complicated issues due to med shortages. They have communicated with me about it. Unlike the other chain I had to use for 3 years. Rite Aid has also advocated for me to help resolve issues.”

“Prizila in the \"Beauty Isle\" is an INCREDIBLE ASSET to Danbury's Wlgreen's, and, I suspect, will go on to have exceptional employment opportunities in the near future. That being said, I first met her about 2.5 months ago, in the pre-pandemic months. I am a Real Estate Broker from Upstate New York, Saratoga/Lake George/Albany areas. Upon meeting her, I was completely impressed with her product knowledge, substantial knowledge of the stores COMPLETE inventory, location and suggestions. Today I spoke with her assistant manager and extolled her many virtues. I would hire this gal in a moment if given the opportunity. Walgreen's of Danbury, you have one heck of a gal there. I TRULY hope she gets the approval she needs. Your photography gal is awesome too !!! My Mom had just succumbed to a 12 year valiente battle with stage 4 cancer. “I started getting my prescriptions from the CVS on Queen Street because it was closer. I did not like the customer service at the pharmacy because they always ( with the exception of one person who is not always there) make me feel like I’m not a human being. They were rude and condescending and especially the younger ones talked down to me. I also noticed that I was treated differently from customers who didn’t look like me but more like them. After they sent me to the CVS on Durant to see if they have my medication in stock, I realized that CVS is not all the same in CT. I love picking up my medication at Durant, even though it’s farther away from my home. The pharmacy staff is always polite and treats me with dignity and respect. They always try to help me if I have a problem, without making me feel like I’m a burden or stupid. Thank you Durant Ave., Bethel.”

“Here is my experience 11/13 3.30pmMy wife had surgery, discharged 11/13 and needed her pain meds. Orders went to a different Rite Aide Pharmacy but when I got there they were closed. Called the hospital who cancelled and sent order to this Rite Aide. I walk in ask for the order and was told by person A that it will take 30 mins.Went out came back in after 30 mins. While walking in Person A is walking out of the store in what seems like an end of shift.Now I meet Person B who then tells me they are short staff and I will have to wait another 30 mins. I begin to shake my head only to be told "yeah you shaking your head but there is nothing I can do"As customers we do not go to a store to pay our money to hear this garbage. I was respectful and don't need any extra drama. In as much as I was upset all that was need was an apology and that Person B would do everything to get the order filled.I give 5 stars because I have been in organizations where staffing is challenging. However, please use this to do some weeding out or training of staff so they don't approach your valued customers in such a manner.Additionally when I came back Person B was very pleasant which means they are quite capable of doing so.”

“Big lines but I was able to get my flu shot there today right on time by a very nice and unbelievable patient (but obviously overworked pharmacist.) This despite a very uncooperative child getting his shot right before me and the fact that his mom's insurance didn't cover the shot (to which he shouted out "$198 dollars! How are we gonna pay for that?", which gave all those waiting in line a chuckle. I've made a concerted effort NOT to be overly critical of the hardworking pharmacy staff an any and all locations.”
