“Alice and Steve are delightful and very helpful. Steve has gotten to know the types of books I like, and every suggestion he has made has been spot on. I love all three of their book clubs and find the discussions very uplifting and informative. Shop local!”
“Great little book store with lots more than books. They had the book I wanted to give as a Christmas present for less than on Amazon. They even gift wrapped it for me. Will be going back.”

“This is an independent bookstore with a friendly staff. I am a fantasy reader and that selection was not that big, but they have a lot of fiction and a beautiful children’s section!”
“Wide variety of shopping needs. Stores clean and friendly staff. Being handicapped with walking issues handicap parking is an issue. Otherwise I will continue to visit not make square.”
“This store is very cozy, probably one of my favorite B&N stores (even though it’s not huge). Great to concentrate on what you are looking for? The staff is very friendly and helpful in case you can’t find what you need.”
“A great Christian gift and book store right in the he center of Bethel. The owners were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you need a special gift or book for a new birth, communion, conformation, graduation, baptismal , wedding etc..”
“Great selection of books! Neatly organized by category. I usually buy books through Amazon but I got a gift card and on top of that I got a 25% discount off my first book purchase. Happy to see they moved to the Danbury Mall and they went all-in with double floors!”
“Great Store … Could spend the day finding amazing unique books! Sweet pup may greet you as well as owner who will help you find exactly what you are looking for . Def shop here first !”
“A bookstore straight out of a movie scene! The outside is picturesque and for a small town bookstore, the selection was immense. I was particularly pleased with the amount of poetry and there seemed to be a nice balance between classic literature and more modern offerings. I’m looking forward to stopping in again and hopefully making a purchase the next time I visit!”
